Breastfeeding is possible without actual nipple sucking. It's possible to squirt milk into someone's mouth.

at that point I'd nitpick that it isn't really "breast"-feeding without breast contact but it's probably a stronger argument that I haven't been able to find any posts tagged that way. everything I'm seeing is mouth-on-nipple.
