-1. This tag is vague and I could see it being mistagged on male_penetrated OR male_penetrating. IMHO, best way to go about this is alias it to a broad base tag, either penetration or male. Former might be best.

Yeah honestly I read "male penetration" as "Male penetrated" myself. I see people mistagging genders on that more than penetration, so aliasing to penetration sounds better to me as well.
