The tag dipstick_tail means that the tip of the tail is colored differently than the rest of the tail, thereby giving the tail multiple colors.

Although they could be similar colors (grey and black, light tan and dark brown, etc.) they seem to get tagged as multicolored_tail from time to time anyways. I went ahead and approved this.

Currently dipstick_tail wiki says:
"A dipstick tail is when the tip of the tail of a creature is colored differently than the rest of the tail, ..."
Does that mean those tails are only two colors?
(color #1: the tip)
(color #2: the rest of the tail)
so maybe dipstick_tail should imply to two_tone_tail instead?
OR if a dipstick_tail is TWO or MORE colors ... then language to that effect should be added to dipstick_tail wiki
