I'm thinking no. At first, I was thinking that maybe it was meant to distinguish between: post #408204 size of heel vs post #433338 size of heel.
But in most pictures, it's not possible to tell how high the heel is, just that it's enough to be noticeable. So trying to tag them separately just wouldn't be practical. Both tags are being used for the same thing though and maybe eventually they should be aliased. I don't see any difference between them, or any need for both. However, maybe someone else will mention something I didn't think of.
