Ok so, post #1954869 to me, looks less like a pseudopenis on a hyena girl and more like a humanoid uncut penis on a castrated male, I know gender presentation here is not up for debate but, I personally see an uncut humanoid penis more than a pseudopenis.

Do we tag this with uncut and foreskin and humanoid penis?

What's the ruling on that? (No drama intended here, this is a legitimate question and I'm hoping for a real legitimate answer.)

As far as I'm aware there are no blanket rulings, but I'm still for admins making per-image rulings, as I've mentioned in another thread.
A spotted hyena pseudopenis is rarely going to be presented in a way that's anatomically correct, and is going to be hybridised with something else more often than not. Also complicating things is the high rate of male-functioning gynomorph hyena characters.

It certainly is a complicated grey zone. Thats definitely outside of my depth which Is why Ive decided not to touch it in favor of someone with more experience.

I'd say that is not a pseudo-penis. Pseudo-penis tag is for actual pseudo-penis, which doesn't apply to humanoid penises.

Hyenas do not have foreskin, regardless if pseudo-penis or not. Pseudo-penises are generally long tube like structures with no head, actual penises on hyenas have a head.

So I'd say official ruling on that image would be humanoid penis and uncut. Gender I'm not so sure. I'm a hyena expert, not a gender expert.
