No. The alt forms do not get implied to base forms. This is so that it would be possible to find images with both forms present.
Not to mention that to keep the consistency with alolan regional variant naming, the formatting should be galarian_*pokemon name here*

Also please, if you have multiple related alias/implication suggestions: make one suggestion, then edit in the rest to keep it all in one thread. Simplifies discussion and prevents thread clutter :)

-1. Managed to clean these tags up myself, gonna explain my reasonings:
Alolan and galar form related tags have all been aliased to the regional variant tag. Galar forms are just the galar regional variants, similar to alola forms. Galar forms have been given regional variant implications instead, and the form tags are structured as galarian_POKEMONNAME rather than having a galarian form suffix.
Also, regional variants do not have base species implications, so those were denied.
