Bug overview description. Tag for how_to_train_your_dragon (and the implicated dreamworks tag) won't clear from post #1965617, they come back after an edit deleting the tags.

What is the expected behavior? Deletion of tags in editing makes them go away completely.

What actual behavior is given instead? Tags reappear, and the tag history doesn't show any change

Can you reproduce the bug every time? yes

What steps did you take to replicate this bug? Multiple attempts to delete the anomalous tags, including once with a browser cache refresh.

It's an implication from night_fury

Not a bug. The black dragon is a night fury and tagged as such, which implies to those tags you are trying to remove.

Whoops, I missed that implication.

I'm not sure how that kobold qualifies as an NF, beyond the tail fan, but that's getting into the TWYS argument weeds, and I'm too lazy to go there. :P

It's apparently a night fury/kobold hybrid, and it has enough nightfury traits to get as one.
