I'm pretty sure the Yoshi Kid from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door isn't officially named The Great Gonzales Jr. .I've only seen him referred to by Nintendo as Yoshi Kid and Mini Yoshi.

Yoshi Kid is what he is most generally referred to as, but in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, where he appears as a trophy, he's called Mini Yoshi.

If I'm wrong about it, please correct me.

The Great Gonzolez Jr. is apparently his stage name for the Glitz Pit in the epilogue cut scene after you've beaten the game.
Yoshi kid seems to be an unofficial, but very common, fan-name.
I think "Mini Yoshi" was Smash. Bros.'s attempt to translate his default Japanese name (チビヨッシー Chibi-Yoshi; it was changed to "Yoshi" in the English version)

All the names are valid, although the first one seems pretty obscure.

Oh, I didn't realize people were actually tagging the_great_gonzales_jr.
I recommend aliasing all the tags too a new one, something like yoshi_(thousand_year_door) or yoshi_(ttyd), since technically his real name is just whatever you name him.

Yeah, +1 for yoshi_(paper_mario).I don't think there's any other notable yoshis in the Paper Mario games

Even just gonzales_jr would work a lot better than the super-lengthy title.

I'm wondering why mini_yoshi is implicated to Paper Mario but all of the images are tagged with such a stupidly long tag instead, and found this thread.
