Implicating knot_hanging → cock_hanging

Because a knot is on a cock.

EDIT: The tag implication knot_hanging -> cock_hanging (forum #262526) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.

I have tried to update the definitions of these tags. I think this could use some aliasing and implications.

I don't think we can directly make this implication, because I think knot_hanging should also refer to knotted_dildo hanging as well.

- I haven't considered whether it is meaningful to maintain the hanging concept. It doesn't mean the same thing as suspending. If the character becomes a cock sock, then they are not really hanging anymore.
