Same artist. I would've suggested the alias the other way around since eromame already has a lot of posts under it, but apparently えろ豆 has already been aliased to saya26 years ago.

I'd like to suggest the opposite myself, えろ豆 is in fact romanized as "Eromame", and combined, the artist uses those 2 names more often than the "Saya" name, including in manga and doujinshi for which they're credited as the artist.
