Reason:

I'm not sure if this can be implicated to a more specific variant. The online definition indicates that it could be a tie or scarf.

I think an implication to neckwear would be a good go-between, but it looks like that isn't implicated to clothing either. Of course, neckwear needs a wiki page, but after that there is a whole slew of tags that can be implicated like scarf, tie, bowtie, collar, necklace, choker... But that would be better applied in a bulk update request.

There are some examples that look like neckerchiefs as well.

If neckwear is utilized, I think it would be a good idea to also utilize neckgear for items worn around the neck that aren't clothing (such as collar, necklace, choker). These tags can be formatted similarly to how headwear and headgear are formatted.
