Reason: tobikara10 appears to be a defunct Twitter account. The current tobikara3 account was created in February 2021. The only surviving reference to the old account I could find is post #1871021, whose source has been deleted.

Also, every tobikara10 post is already tagged tobikara3, and it's literally the same name so I don't think further investigation is really necessary.
