Topic: Can't Remove Incorrect Tags

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

On post #2002608 specifically, I tried to remove tags that had suddenly appeared (namely andromorph, andromorph/female, intersex and intersex_female)after I uploaded the image. Probably my fault somewhere, but every attempt I tried seemed to not work very well. Help would be appreciated~

I gave it a try, but all I did is confirm that this is the case.
I attempted to remove andromorph, andromorph/female, intersex, intersex/female, and female all at once to make sure no implications were getting in the way, but it didn't work.

I considered that these tags could have become locked, but the post isn't even approved yet, so if they are locked it's probably a bug.

One test you could do is to see if adding other tags to the post works. One of the proper bunny_ears tags, for example, rather than the bunny_ears_(disambiguation) tag.

.. so does adding other tags somehow circumvent this behaviour?
Because WRT the tags removed, what you succeeded in removing was exactly the same as what I attempted to remove.

Wtf?! Darou managed to remove the male tag despite the implying tags, with results shown.

Something is terribly wrong here.

Chances are that happened because my and versperus'es edits were received nearly simultaneously by the system leading to my change going thru. non-activating implication couldn't be replicated. Adding i was editing for the same reason versperus was.

And I just checked, now post #2002581 and post #2002723 has the four Andromorph and Intersex Tags placed onto it for some reason as well ๏˜…

โ€ฆ there is an implication mistake. Did you by chance add a tag like a/f to your post?

Fixed, I believe. @Millcore accidentally made invalid tag imply andromorph/female, so a handful of posts were mistagged. I've done a chunk of cleanup, though it's late and I'm tired so I have not corrected all of the mistagged posts, though now with implications fixed it's an easy cleanup. Apologies ๐Ÿ‘‹
