Reason:

While this artist goes by both names, "PaigeScribe" seems to be the more prominent identity. The "MrRowboat" name is used on Fur Affinity and DeviantArt, but only the former account is still active. He uses "PaigeScribe" on Twitter, Patreon, PayPal, and Ko-Fi, and he is active on all those.

Also alias mr-rowboat to paigescribe.

Reason: So, er, what appears to have happened here is that the artist attempted to nuke their entire site presence. And it took two separate takedowns because there were two tags - and even then, two images survived under a third tag the artist didn't know about because this request didn't get approved. Tsk.
