Requested feature overview description.
Add an additional button to the note editor that removes translation_request and partially_translated, then adds translated to the current set of tags. This should also save the current note text unless the text of the note hasn't been changed.
Additional button options might add translation_check or partially_translated instead.

Why would it be useful?
A simple one-and-done way to mark posts as translated would make it ever so slightly faster to go through posts.
