Because if the characters name has changed, now there's even more need for disambiguation, so that people can be forwarded to new tag as well as differenciate all the other exsisting artists and characters named arcturus.

Also name Arki has already been in use for blue dragon for over 4 years now and you just went ahead and used the tag for entirely differend character :|
That's tagging vandalism.
