Might want to keep the jackhammer_position tag, since it's a common name for a position similar to the piledriver. Pretty much the same, except jackhammer is oral. Not sure if we have any posts like that, but it might be needed at some point.
The current posts should definitely be under piledriver, though.

I want to say, as a wrestling fan, "piledriver position" means something very different to me.
