Attempting to upload a new post results in an error message (verbatim message on far bottom)

What is the expected behavior?

Expected behavior is to successfully upload the post and be directed to the post URL.

What actual behavior is given instead?

I was directed to https://e621.net/post/create with an error message on a white background.

Attempted uploading periodically from October 29, 10:38 PM EST through 11:18 PM EST

I can reproduce the bug every time.

The previous e621 upload contains compression artifacts not present in any source.

In the Twitter orig version, the subjects are positioned differently relative to the background than the FA source. However, the quality-to-resolution ratio is higher, so I decided to upload this version over the FA one.

I've preserved the original FA direct link for archival purposes, which is visually identical to the direct link the active FA post leads to.

The site is currently experiencing a technical problem and will return as soon as possible. 

Update:
The error has been resolved on attempt to reupload on October 30, 2019, 2:15 AM EST, successfully uploading as post #2038090. I cleared the browser's cache and signed in to e621 again. I used the same information and file in this attempt to verify whether the error was still occurring or not.

While I'm glad it worked, I feel like a more concrete error message would have helped diagnose and resolve the issue more expediently. I still don't know what prompted the error when I tried to upload earlier.

I'm getting the same problem but with everything I attempt upload.
I've cleared my cache, I've restarted my browser I've logged out and back in, nothing worked.

I'm getting this as well. Whenever I go to upload instead it goes to a white error screen with some text saying that there has been an error.

The error is occurring again for me when attempting to upload a PNG file from desktop as of 10:25 PM EST.

Hi there, this has been diagnosed but it may take a little bit to get it fully resolved. And there may be a short amount of downtime later on to help resolve it further.
