I don't think it's wise to use gay/lesbian for intersex characters. It's just confusing and it doesn't really help people find what they're looking for.

Lesbian is literally female_on_female. It shouldn't be tagged for intersex.

Obviously not everyone wants to see "straight sex" when looking for lesbian. It's not the same. Just like you don't wanna see bicycles when browsing for motorcycles.
