According to a post on Seth's twitter the character's name is Jeremiah

Who decided on that long name? Just pink_haired_hyena_(seth-iova) would have covered the character.

I don't think we really need an alias for this one, just a manual move.
I've already moved all related posts from that tag to the intended tag using a tag script. I've even made a basic wiki page to let others know who the character is.
