I tried to upload an audio file, but i can not.
The container is WebM and the codec is Vorbis, and both the container and codec are supposed to be supported. I did not reported it as a bug because i think it was intentional.

I guess you're coming from FurAffinity. e621 is a furry artwork archive site, it's completely different than FA in terms of allowed content and allowed comments.

So no, you cannot upload audio files as we archive artwork, not audio.

So are many other things, but our efforts and systems are aimed towards drawn furry artwork specifically, expanding to some minor things like humanoids and 3D artwork.

This isn't argument about if something is art or not, it's argument of what we deem acceptable to be uploaded, which is determined by uploading guidelines.
