Browsers are removing support for flash, so it could just be your browser rather than E6.

If it's that, and not E6, to view it you'd need to click the "download" button and save it, and use the "Flash Player Projector" to view it:

There's downloads for Windows, Linux and Mac.

I dont find any other problems using flash on any other website and the system preferences have flash on. what would be preventing it from working on this website if it's not my browser.

No idea. either way, it's been recommended already to start using the standalone projector.
