Isn't there some fetish where you have say, a pokebride? The marriage tag sounds more specific and thus we might need it to be implied that it's bestiality if there's bestiality_marriage? But then we could have marriage happening without meeting "tag what you see" part of the other requirement?
It's not redundant since bestiality_marriage is for the depiction of a marriage between a feral and non-feral, whereas bestiality is a sexual act between a feral and non-feral. Whether or not it's useful enough as its own tag, though, is another question.
Yeah, I'd have to say -1. It's definitely a specific kink, and having it as a standalone tag makes it far easier to find.
Edit: It's definitely possible to find the tagged pieces without the tag, just harder. Maybe make that -1 into a neutral zero if this update smooths out, search is not very reliable ATM.

Bestiality just means having sex with an animal, and covers everything from a man mounting some nameless beast to a woman having a loving relationship with her dog. Bestiality marriage seems distinct enough of a concept to warrant a separate tag. I mean it's just as redundant as having foot_job, foot_fetish, and foot_focus tags even if some pictures have all 3.
