Requested feature overview description.
I'm requesting that the +/- besides the tags to quickly add to your current search be brought back.

Why would it be useful?
These were a really nice convenience feature and are not intrusive to the tag list.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Any page with tags.

Those do still exist, just not in "responsive mode" at the moment. If you can't wait until we fix this you can disable responsive mode in your account settings.
However, as it's a bug we'll be fixing this so they do show up in responsive mode as well.
