Currently, you are able to turn on/off blacklisted tags in the Popular section, just like on a search page.

Yet, unlike the normal search page, no blacklist on/off toggle to turn all blacklisted terms on/off at the same time exists. This forces you to have to manually remove each tag, which can take some time when you have a substantial blacklist like I do.

Therefore, my request is to add to the Popular section a "Disable All/Re-enable All" button for blacklisted terms like what exists when you do any normal search on this site.
