There exists several "behemoths" on e621 other than just the one from square enix' final fantasy (ff) series, for example the behemoth from dungeons and dragons. That's why the tag has been split like this and behemoth_(disambiguation) tells you the specific version of behemoth hasn't been tagged yet. If you want to search for the square enix behemoth the tag is only behemoth_(ff). If there are a lot of wrongly tagged behemoths you can help by properly tagging which type of behemoth it is.
