Even on a completely feral cat, the individual fingers/toes are just called toes, so that's fine to tag. On a hand paw, I'd imagine it's fine to say fingers since they are the hand equivalent of a feral paw.

So, on a quadruped cat, all four paws are toes. And on a semi-anthro, fingers apply to handpaw?
I tend to count handpaw digits as fingers.
