Can't flag my post https://e621.net/posts/2207889 as inferior to post https://e621.net/posts/2208653, everytime I try to do this, it tells me that I've already flagged this post. What do I do?

Apparently according to Kira the new site has abuse prevention in that one user cannot flag single post more than one time and nobody was aware of this.
...which kinda does and doesn't make much of sense, asked if they could get rid of that completely. I can only think of one case where user was flagging the same post multiple times and in those cases we already give them record for abusing flagging tool.
I do also check @'s and quotes of post comments almost daily if some specific post needs attention which doesn't warrant flag.
