When I make a new forum topic on the new site, I now get confused a bit on which category should I put my topic. The old site had descriptions on which category is which. I mean, I were to make topic is about random stuff now, I can't decide on where I should put it. On "General" or on "Off Topic"? And the Help page on the Forums are not helping.

But anyway, I'm now curious on the category "The One Place Where The Things Happen". What is it?
