I'm a noob programmer, i try to development app for new API. This app list your favorites and show in a listbox you can download one image or all gallery

To use :

-select a folder to work
-in user field place your username (example: eeveelutions-party)
-in Password place your API key (go to Account -> Manage API Access -> put your password -> copy API)
-click on login and your favorites should be shown in a list (wait to user picture load)
-to download a single image select id and click download
-to download all favorites click on download all (you can filter by tags, artist, species, and more. it's on the right side[once you select the filters you need to click apply])

Error Messages & solutions :

-Wrong API or user: check the user and the api key
-Error timeout : check your internet connection
-the image cannot be downloaded: the image is either in an incompatible format or the post was removed.

What does "wrong API or user" mean...? I'd like some instructions on how to use this.

i tried to do -animated as a tag and it crashed, also it only runs for a few mins then closes eventhough it hasn't downloaded everything

I tried it and it says "Wrong API or User" My password and account name are correct though.

use your api not your password, check the example video

It worked for me, thanks! But also, I did run into a strange issue where occasionally the program would just close down mid download? But I just had to reboot it and it would start where I left off. Also, I don't know how all this works, but is it possible to add the artist tags to the Author field in the metadata when it downloads?

Very nice program, seems to work almost perfectly for me. I have just one issue, it does not seem to be downloading ALL favourites and I cannot find any pattern in the ones I does NOT want to download. I have 5945 favourites and the program only downloads 5898 even after re-running.

gives you an error message?, It is possible to add them but not all image viewers show them, it may be added.

Hello! I've been trying to download my 11 907 favourites, but it appears to stop and crash after a while of downloading about halfway of what is remaining every time. I'm at 10 536 right now.

I love this app and I love that this app saves images with the number of the image, but I think it would be a nice addition if the window size could be increased, and you could select the images you want to download, and not have to go one by one or download all your favorites, don't you think so?.

if you downloaded it from another site, it may have been infected from the site you downloaded it from, here is the latest tested installer on virustotal:

and if you mean the executable, maybe it's just because it's not a signed package, back then I didn't know anything about software distribution and that's the reason it's not signed.

and if you mean the versions for other systems, they simply say so because it massively downloads several images at once.
if you don't believe me just don't use the program

may you please make it work?

doesn't seem to work for me. I log in with name and API and the program just closes.
Tried to run the fix but it always stops at "error writing file c71ce6.rbf". Attempting to run as admin doesn't work because windows just refuses to.
this is with Windows 10.
