I wasnt sure where to put this exactly but, it just occured to me. And I promise this isnt intended to be contentious.

While some members of staff in past years were working, any requests that users made to take a second look at things that were stuck in the queue (Chaser was notorious for this) would be met with the relevant staff denying the upload and deleting it, regardless of its quality, value to the site or etcetera. Thereby later on also making it impossible to upload any version of that art which directly affected many users who now have penalties on their account's upload limit.

I was curious, would there ever be a chance or consideration of an audit of those posts, to give them another chance? Or is such a thing out of the question.

Any input on this at all?

Doubt it, but who knows.

Chaser restored all images that he deleted like that within a few days, as far as I know not a single upload that should not have been deleted is still deleted.

Quite a handful of the ones that are still deleted for that reason stay deleted due to them not being worth to be restored.
