This tag is probably needed, but the proper term would've been formicophilia.

Bestiality requires a sexual act to be performed. Common insectophilia can involve swarming behavior. Stinging behavior. General bug things. And is not related to actually having sexual intercourse or engaging in private sexual acts.

Its not bestiality if you get stung on the penis any more than a dog biting your dick is the same as getting a blowjob.
