Clicking on the "learn more" link next to the message This post is pending approval takes you to a wiki page explaining the mod queue

Actual behavior

Clicking on the "learn more" link next to the message This post is pending approval takes you to an empty page.

Can you reproduce the bug consistently?

Yes. go to a new post pending approval, and click "learn more".

When looking at a post pending approval, you will find a message beneath it stating:

This post is pending approval. (learn more)

Until a few minutes ago, the "learn more" link went to a nonexistent page. I know this because I wanted to know more about the mod queue, and sadly found no such info.

In order to prevent other users' confusion, I have created a placeholder page. Unfortunately, as I am a newbie myself, I don't know how the modqueue works, so I could only put a placeholder message in. Anyone with more complete knowledge is enthusiastically asked to fill it in.
