Not even sure you can do this without bogging down the search query with yet another condition, ...
But it would be nice to have that way objectionable material don't keep showing up in search's.

If I understand what you're saying correctly, you could just add downvote:me to your blacklist.
Try -voteddown:me in search.

Tried several combinations of downvote, downvoted, votedown, voteddown, and none work.

That would preclude being automatic, I would have to remember to include it every time to avoid seeing the nightmare fuel that caused me to downvote.
is what you need.... nope, that doesn't work either. It's broken.

The bottom line is that even some of the previously working search metatags are broken right now, like comments:n. So don't expect additions to the blacklist code just yet.
What you should do is create a search and bookmark it or paste it onto your user profile for easy access. For example, I use something like:
female order:score date:3_days_ago -voted:me
{{female order:score date:3_days_ago -voted:me}}
I used -voted:me because that blocks images I've upvoted or downvoted. I just don't want to see the same images twice.
You can create several variations on that search and bookmark them or link them on your profile. Then all you need to do is open your profile, click, and tweak the search as needed.
