It'd be useful to ask users to use tags to describe the situation in the image. Examples might be, lying_down, dancing, pointing, etc. For newer users, I think it would be beneficial to point that way of thinking about tags out. I don't upload often and even I've forgotten to do it once or twice. Additionally, types and colors of clothing+skin(scales, skin, fur) could do with a mention.
