I don't know about that. I saw images, such as post #162071 posted two years ago, that was labelled as ginpaku's work, but the source lead to riuu's pixiv (I changed it to riuu, but you can always check the tag history). I couldn't find more definitive links between these two names besides their posts. The fact that some ginpaku's older works are cited to dead links (some notifying a removal/deletion of picture) may raise some eyebrows, though. I wouldn't feel comfortable aliasing that without better confirmation, but I won't stop the approver of that alias if they think it's good enough.

It's his pixiv login name, we often use those as the artist tag because many users cannot read Japanese.
