Can I just do it or do I have to get it approved first?

I want to create the tags:

anthro_dominating_human
and
human_dominating_anthro

I want to differentiate this to make sorting posts and blacklisting easier. I don't believe there is a tag string that can find posts that match that description. 'human anthro domination' has both anthros dominating humans and humans dominating anthros.

Do I have to create a ticket, or do I just start adding tons of tags to tons of posts?

Any tag can be instantly created just by adding it to a post, but I don't think those tags would last long. At the very least, they'd be inconsistent with the current dom/sub tags for gender (male domination, submissive female, etc.)

That's good to know. Thank you. I'll find a chunk of time to create these chunks of tags.

If the admins don't like the wording of the tag, then their tools can completely change the text of the tag, right? They can just do what they did to turn the dickgirl and cuntboy tags to gynomorph and andromorph, right?

As long as the wording doesn't lead people to tag it incorrectly and require manual cleanup first. But it's still a good idea to make sure they'd be acceptable to avoid them having to be invalidated later. Might be a good idea to make an appropriate BUR to have proper implications, which will help determine if the admins find the tags acceptable.
