For the follow-up, would cum_on_torso or cum_on_abdomen be a better option? belly brings to mind a chubby or overweight-looking stomach (which the wiki page for belly implies: "Sometimes also called a "gut", a "paunch", or a "beer belly", etc."), so things like this don't really apply for "belly".

"Torso" is generally thought of as chest + abdomen, which would make it inadequate. "Abdomen" sounds interesting, though.

How about this?

Abdomen sounds a bit odd, but if stomach isn't good it does seem to be the best option out of those mentioned so far. Also, don't forget cum_on_own_stomach (there's currently no aliases or implications associated with it, so there's nothing to dealias or deimplicate with the first BUR). That should be aliased to cum_on_own_abdomen, which that should imply cum_on_self and cum_on_abdomen (following the other cum_on_own_* tags).
