Blacklisting female alone should be enough (maybe pussy if you're not into andromorphs).

Is that both on one line? Genitals on it's own line would also block penis. If you have female on its own line, you can remove any tags that imply female such as male/female from the list, since they're redundant. You might also want to add pussy and vaginal. Depending on how you feel about intersex pics, you might want to blacklist something like

OR

herm
gynomorph

OR

Intersex -feral -maleherm

OR, etc...
