I'd say the normal tummy tag would work for soft is more of a feeling thing and less of a sight thing

belly might be the closest to what you want. "This tag is used for when a character's lower abdomen/stomach area is rounded in front, for any reason (pregnancy, overweight, inflation, etc)."
