As far as I'm aware, nothing. The current advice is to download and use the Flash Player Projector to view the Flash files still on here:
https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html
I'm pretty sure HTML5 was brought up in one of the forum threads but was seen as too awkward to implement.

What about WebGL? The only issue I can see is large files.

WebGL would fall under HTML5. It could introduce JavaScript security risks.

I guess the only way to publish any 18+ browser games would be to make your own website, but then you won't have an audience. Maybe a link to a website under an image.
There doesn't seem like there's any good solution.
I know there's Lightspark (https://lightspark.github.io/) that handles Flash well, for those who like viewing flash content online still.
