Reason: The tags "northern sea princess", "northern coean hime", and "hoppo" are all referring to the same character. I think it is suitable to group them under the same tag. Though, I am not sure which one does this site prefer. In danbooru they use the northern sea princess.

Down in the Trivia it refers to her as Dutch Harbor, so dutch_harbor_princess?
