I think unimplicating erection_under_clothing -> clothed would be better, since someone who's holding clothing in front of their crotch, or is lying nude with a piece of clothing draped over their crotch, with an erection pushing against said clothing wouldn't be clothed but should get erection_under_clothing. I don't think something like this should be clothed, but erection_under_clothing fits.

Hmm, I believe the erection_under_clothing tag should be unimplicated from clothed, and the colors/types of towel could be useful.

What this BUR brought to my attention is the implications of wet_clothing/headgear -> wet, when the wet wiki states it is for wet characters

I'll point out that not every BUR was rejected for being flat-out unreasonable. For most of these, the core idea might be fine but there are a few suggestions that won't work (and the creator's not exactly around to edit them). Feel free to remake any BURs that you feel are particularly compelling.

In addition, a lot are so ridiculously big that they badly need to be broken down into smaller, more easily managed chunks. It's easier on everyone to just reject these and let people recreate them as they think best.

A question about open_towel:
It seems to be used when a towel is unwrapped from a character post #4208155, but I feel that the name isn't particularly great for it. What should it be aliased to, or should it be kept?
