Topic: Are there tags that relate to the dialect of dialogue? If not is there some way to create this tag?

So for post #2489071 I particularly noticed the characters had a Austrian or British dialect. However, when I tried to look for tags relating to that dialect and dialects in general I found nothing. Either this is hidden under an undefined alias or is entirely new tagging group.
