I'm making a furry webcomic, and I'm not sure about the content rating. I decided that it should be for adults, but I'm not sure how adult it should be.

I couldn't give a reasonable answer knowing nothing about it. Surely you're not starting from a totally blank slate? Surely you have some ideas about setting, characters, plot? Genre? Style? An overall mood? ...anything?

Unless you intend your audience to read while nude, it should be #1 or #3.

I'd recommend whatever amount serves the story you want to tell.
