Yeah, I noticed this a few days ago. Most often the list of posts will be blank for five seconds or so before suddenly all displaying at once, though I've had more timeouts than usual as well.

I asked about this on the E6 Discord and it looks like it's Cloudflare's EU servers that are being a bit slow.
