Currently, while you're on the Tags List you have links to Tags, Aliases List, and Implications List, but in order to view the Bulk Update Request, you have to go to Aliases, Implications, or the Forums, then hit Request BUR, and finally hit Listing. I would prefer to just have direct access to Bulk Update Request listings from the tags page.

This sounds like a good idea, and would definitely improve convenience.
