The title says it all, but to clarify. My Main account (this one is my only one rn) Is filled with Misc. of everything I just, like I guess...
However, I just want to know if I can just make an alt where I can just, do the same thing I'm doing now but Like/Favorite specific content?

Sure, that's allowed. Just one thing to note: if one of your accounts gets temporarily banned and you get caught using another one of your accounts during that time, you would get permanently banned on all of your accounts.
I have a few I made because they dont let you change your name on the discord and they never gave me any issue. If you make an alt don't use it to get more votes on posts and comments, and don't harass peopleyou should be ok....oh and don't talk to yourself in the comments. while not against the rules if it's not for drama I hear that last one is rare but still surprisingly common

To this end, it may be good to include a list of your accounts in your bio so that the staff know to ban them alongside, or if they expect you to keep track of it, let them know which accounts to watch.

What? You can change your discord username, and if you've changed your account name here you can ask them to change your nickname there. Mine's currently Furrin🐝Soft just because Ratte wanted me to be a bee and somebody was doing a soft run. I had to specifically ask that Furrin stay and not get changed to Chirrin.

You can do that if you want but it's not necessary. Staff has tools for those things.

Something else you can do make a privet set. Sets can be used like an alternative favorites list. For example, I have a set just for cute / safe for work art that I like. setting up sets would also save you the trouble of setting up and maintaining another account.
