Is there a rate limit for downloading static files (like the limit for the API)?
(Sorry if this is a stupid question but I couldn't find any answers online, and it makes or breaks part of something I'm working on)

Presuming you mean the images from https://static1.e621.net, from what I remember I think it was said not to download more than 5 images at the same time

I haven't noticed download speeds from /db-export/ to change throughout the day.
