I have a question I have a lot of art pieces that I have commissioned. I have had 2 of them recently be flagged as a trace. What do I do if it has been inspired by an already existing art piece? Could I tag the original as the parent post?

It's up to the acting staff member to determine whether or not it's a trace, or just artwork inspired by an existing piece. You can't really do anything to contest the flag except prove that it's not a trace, by doing stuff like overlaying the images to show overlapping line work, et cetera; you can ask in discord if you can't do that yourself. Otherwise, you just gotta sit and wait...
There is a significant difference between being an image being inspired or referenced from something else, and being traced.
As Siral Exan said, the easiest way to prove stuff like that is to overlay one image on top of the other. For example, here is an example of post #2778831 being matched to post #270732: https://i.imgur.com/L8pPALk.png
Note how the lines match exactly. That means that charmingdistaste did exactly the same thing: opened the original image in photoshop, and traced the lines. Images like that are considered to be low quality, and are not accepted on the site.
Personally, I would suggest getting a refund for that particular commission.
I don't have the time to check the other one at the moment, but it does not seem to be quite as blatant, at least.

I have gotten a refund and the artist has agreed to retry without payment. I have requested significant changes to the art piece. Thank you both for helping me understand this more and I’m sorry for the issues that have arised from my presence then again I bet admins have to deal with this alot anyways on various accusations.

It's quite impressive and respectable that an artist caught doing something like that not only returns the money, but actually agrees to try again for free.
Most people just go into hard denial.

I contacted Fiverr support to force refund, since I’m in their VID Program their support team gives me priority support. Then just made a deal with the artist.
